VM Donates $42,651 from 9/11 Concert Proceeds

With the support of patrons who purchased tickets for our memorable 9/11 Concert of Remembrance at the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Vocal Majority is donating $42,651, split evenly across three organizations supporting military and first responders.

The three organizations are:

  • A Soldier’s Child (ASC) who recently opened a North Texas Chapter, has a mission to serve the children of military personnel who have lost their lives on active duty while defending the United States.

  • The Texas LODD Task Force honors fallen and critically injured first responders by providing response, resources, and remembrance programs to and for first responder agencies and families.

  • Folds of Honor ensures that families who’ve sacrificed so much for our country and communities receive the education and opportunities they deserve.

Each of these organizations have received $14,217. The Vocal Majority thanks you, our patrons, for your ongoing support!
