Terms & Conditions - Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VM Music Company website, membership services, ticket purchases, merchandise, and other services offered by the organization, including events featuring the Vocal Majority Chorus ("Vocal Majority"). Relationship Between VM Music Company and Vocal Majority

VM Music Company is a separate nonprofit organization responsible for managing funds, financial transactions, and payments related to Vocal Majority’s performances and services.
Vocal Majority is a nonprofit performing group and a separate legal entity. While VM Music Company oversees the financial management of Vocal Majority events, each entity operates independently with respect to governance and management.

Ticket Purchases

At VM Music Company, we understand that plans can change. While all ticket sales are generally final, we are committed to accommodating our patrons whenever possible.

All ticket sales for Vocal Majority performances are processed by VM Music Company.
All ticket purchases are final, and refunds will not be provided unless the event is canceled by VM Music Company.
In the event of a cancellation, VM Music Company will attempt to reschedule the event or offer a refund to ticket holders.
Tickets may not be resold at a higher price than the original purchase. Any violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of the ticket(s).

Merchandise

At VM Music Company, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their merchandise purchases. While all merchandise sales are generally final, we do allow for exchanges or refunds under specific circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, along with proof of the defect or damage.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional shipping costs may apply.
Special Situations: We understand that there may be special situations where a refund is needed. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific case, and we will evaluate requests on an individual basis.

Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or an error was made in the fulfillment of your order.
